What the Site is for
The Site describes AI compute capacity that Calptic is developing in Southeast Asia and lets you get in touch with us. It is provided for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver capacity or a solicitation of investment. Any commercial relationship with Calptic is governed by a separate written agreement.
Forward-looking information
The Site contains figures, timelines and plans that describe projects still in development, including targeted ready-for-service dates, phasing and capacity. These are targets based on current expectations and signed agreements at the date shown on the Site. They are not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on permitting, construction, power delivery, financing and other factors outside our control, and may differ materially from what is described.
Using the Site
You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our written permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, or use the Site in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Intellectual property
The Calptic name, logo, text, graphics, photography and design of the Site belong to Calptic or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Fonts used on the Site are licensed under their respective open licences.
Enquiries and confidentiality
Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Detailed site-level, commercial and technical information is shared only under a signed non-disclosure agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation on either side.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
