Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026

This policy explains what information Calptic ("Calptic", "we", "us") collects when you visit calptic.com or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed, so it is short.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, to evaluate whether we can support your requirements and to follow up on that conversation. We use server logs to operate, secure and improve the site. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Legal basis

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example, when you tick the consent box on a form), on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, and on the steps needed to enter into a contract with you or your organisation.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you, such as email and hosting providers, and only to the extent needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

We operate in Southeast Asia and work with partners in other regions. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick it up again if you return. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email Marketing@calptic.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Any cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are set by the hosting infrastructure and are not used to identify you.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including serving the site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
